About MedAir

Filling the infrastructure gap, reducing fatalities, and redefining access to emergency care.

Who We Are

Critical care in minutes, not hours

MedAir is a dedicated aeroambulance service, offering rapid, life-saving air medical transportation across urban and rural areas. We provide comprehensive air medical transport using state-of-the-art helicopters for rapid domestic response and access to remote areas, and specialized fixed-wing aircraft for international evacuations.

Each unit is staffed with certified paramedics and licensed pilots to ensure expert, continuous care throughout every mission. Our approach ensures people in remote or congested areas receive critical medical care in minutes, not hours.

What We Do

Three pillars of airborne care

Rapid Domestic Response

Twin-engine helicopters equipped as flying ICUs cut through traffic and mountainous terrain to bring advanced life-support directly to accident scenes and rural communities.

International Evacuations

Pressurised, long-range fixed-wing aircraft move patients safely across borders to centres of excellence when specialised treatment is unavailable locally.

Whole-Journey Care

Each flight team pairs a licensed EMS pilot with at least two ICU-level clinicians—carrying blood, ventilators, portable lab testing and tele-consult links so treatment never pauses in transit.

Why it matters

For families in grid-locked cities or remote highlands, ground ambulances simply can't get there fast enough. MedAir closes that critical-care gap.

Every minute counts — MedAir delivers hospital-grade medicine directly to the patient.

The Bottom Line

Hospital-grade medicine, delivered to the patient

Roughly two-thirds of the world's population cannot reach a hospital that can safely perform essential surgery within two hours of a life-threatening event. Independent studies show helicopter EMS can reduce trauma mortality by 30–34 percent.

MedAir closes that critical-care gap by delivering hospital-grade medicine directly to the patient and flying them to the right facility without delay.
